Will Bartol serves as a Senior Associate and is responsible for underwriting and analyzing potential investment opportunities, as well as assisting in the management of Seyon’s portfolio. Prior to joining Seyon, Will served as an AVP of originations and acquisitions at HIMCO, where he analyzed new equity and debt opportunities across the US. Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut and is a CFA Charterholder.
