Our deep market knowledge provides us with a privileged perspective that allows us to better understand the drivers of the most desirable tenants, the motivations of property owners, and the nuances of specific areas within our target markets. Understanding these factors enables us to identity market dislocations innate to industrial real estate, unlocking and generating superior risk-adjusted returns. Having launched in January of 2017, Seyon has been successful in acquiring a portfolio of 40+ assets, totaling over 5.5 million square feet, $800+ million, and in four different markets.
