MICHAEL Baldwin

Michael serves as Vice President and plays a critical role in all aspects of the firm’s portfolio management efforts, including the identifying, evaluating and execution of potential acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Seyon, Michael served as Vice President at Greenfield Partners (and later at spin-off Grandview Partners), a commercial real estate private equity firm based in Westport, CT. At both Greenfield and Grandview, Michael focused on the asset management of various industrial, office and mixed-use assets and portfolios, while also assisting the Investments team in evaluating and underwriting new acquisition opportunities. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
